Hints on using the Walpole Bay Bowls Club Diary

Diaries

The diary will display Four separate diaries:-

• WBBC Ladies Matches
• All the matches as displayed on the Isle of Thanet Ladies League web page
• WBBC Men’s Combination Matches.
• All the matches as displayed on the Isle of Thanet Men’s League web page
• WBBC Mixed Matches
• All the matches as displayed on the Mixed Fixtures web page
• WBBC Social
• All Bowls club social events

You can turn off the display of any of these diaries from the drop-down menu at the top right of the Diary. For example you could just display the Ladies matches by un-ticking the Men’s, Social and Mixed matches.

Display

The default display is the current week and you can switch to viewing the whole month from the tab in the top right (see Fig 1)

You can alter week of month displayed from the drop down and left and right arrows at the top left of the diary.

Integrate the Calendar with your own Google or Apple Calendar.

You can integrate this calendar with you own personal Google or Apple Calendar so that all these calendars will be displayed in your own calendar alongside your personal entries.

For a Google calendar simply click on the +Google Calendar button in the bottom right

(you will need to log on to your google calendar first on your desktop or mobile device). The next time you sync your personal calendar the bowls club entries will appear. (This may take a few minutes so be patient)

For an Apple calendar you will need to subscribe to this calendar from the file menu. Please contact Richard for the email address you need to subscribe to.
